HOME TOUR Guidelines & Schedule

TOURING AGENTS:
• Brokers submitting properties for tour must have a licensed representative from their office present when property is entered, (Ref. MLS R&R’s, Section 4.9.3), or the home will be deleted from the tour.
• Add house to the tour list through the MLS (revise listing) no later than Noon the day prior.
• Notify the owner of the house that the house will be toured.
• Open home to agents
• Notify touring office and homeowner if refreshments will be served.
• No property may be placed on tour until the property has been listed in the MLS (Ref. MLS Rules & Regulations, Section 4.9.2)

TOURING OFFICE:
• Touring office is responsible for getting the tour in order and sending out the map schedule before 3pm on the day prior to tour. No more than 10 homes on tour.
• Maps should be laid out so that the most homes may be seen in the fastest way. The homes that are serving refreshments toured last if possible.
• Agents should check with the touring office to confirm that a house is included on the tour.
• It is up to the office handling the tour to provide notice if the tour is cancelled for any reason.
