Become a Member

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Calaveras County Association of REALTORS®. Following is a brief summary of what you need to know to get you started.

 

General Information

      • Applications are accepted via email to cyndi@calaverasrealtors.org.
      • For REALTORS® and Real Estate Agents: The Broker of record must also join as an MLS only member if they are not a current member with CCAR.
      • Applicants must apply for, and maintain, the same type of membership as their firm’s broker.
      • To process your application you will need to submit the entire application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
      • Once your application is submitted, a copy will be sent to your Broker of Record for signature approval.
      • Applications or payments received after 3 pm will not begin to be processed until the next business day.

Membership Applications

MLS & REALTOR® Application

Membership gives you full access to CCAR, California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® resources and tools. Additionally, access to the multiple listings service to list and view available real estate properties. Plus technical support from CCAR MLS staff and Rapattonni staff.

Affiliate Member

As an Affiliate member you will be invited to CCAR events. Where you will have an opportunity to network with local REALTORS® and advertise your brand and business with sponsorship. You will also be included on our website, newsletter, social media, and other advertisements as they arise.

Broker/REALTOR® Transfer Forms

Keep us informed  at the association. Any time an Agent leaves one office for another, complete a notice of transfer form and send it to cyndi@calaverasrealtors.org.
